Last year I had such a wonderful responce to my snowy mountain scape to celebrate the holidays I decided to make it a tradition! All of my artwork is very colorful so my snowy scapes are something special and a collection unto themselves. This year I drew Alpental, Chair 2 and I'm thrilled with the results. This took me 50 hours to draw, and if you'd like to see how I did it, check out my instagram for videos and fun content on my artwork and WA adventure spots!

Each piece of my artwork is a labor of love and creativity, meticulously hand-drawn from scratch. My artistic process begins with a hike to the breathtaking destination I want to capture. Once there, I take a photo for inspiration, as I never draw on-site—my process is too time-intensive, with each piece taking anywhere from 32 to 70 hours to complete.
Back home, I use the photograph as my visual reference, often printing it to study as I draw on my iPad with an Apple Pen. I call this approach a blend of the old and new—the medium may be modern, but my technique is rooted in tradition. Every detail is carefully crafted, ensuring no shortcuts are taken.
For this particular artwork, I drew inspiration from a stunning photograph taken by the talented @bigmountainB, whose vision beautifully complemented my own.
Note to customer: This is the same size as the National Park collectable posters at 12x18 inches, so if your hobby is collecting posters from your travels, add these to your collection!
You can also get this artwork as a puzzle and a super soft blanket!
